Our retail locations are at the heart of our business and we’re actively seeking new partners that can help us grow. We’re always looking for new opportunities for both our full and small format locations. We currently operate stores in Greater Manchester but are open to exploring new markets as well.
We are happy to explore all interesting opportunities, from secondary shopping centres such as Stretford Mall, to prime residential schemes like Deansgate Square and everything in between, but the key property requirements are always:
• 2,000-5,000 sq ft for a General Store
• 5,000 - 10,000 sq ft for a Foodhall
• Strong community locations
• A good mix of residential, office workers,students
• High footfall, 7 days a week • Timing - from 2023 onwards
